Thank you Jas, actually more than 6 staffs resigned, with less than half a year...my ex-boss will not soul-searching as his soul already disappeared....

Hopefully your ex-boss' big boss will notice this trend soon and come to realise what have gone wrong and take the necessary action. I believe only by then, your anguish can be appeased.

说的也是，真的很xian 去面试。然后还要面对新环境。不过话说回来，凡事都是开头难，有谁是一生出来什么都会呢，没办法，要靠自己啦!

I understand how you feel, and is not easy to forget least of all to forgive. But you have to try at least to forget about the past and look forward.
You will only make yourself miserable and the worst is that your ex boss does not even know he had hurt you and others.
Please learn to let go only then can you move forward. I trust you can do it.

My Ex-Boss has changed since last 2 years, maybe he was trying to prepared for his retire not far away & that's why only $$ in his eyes w/o others. Dog cannot changed eating shit!!...buo bian, just bad luck loh. Thanks for your encourage.
