也不晓得什么时候又茂出这新玩意儿，"水宝宝"
打从小小的一丁点，长大到晶明剔透的一大粒
看那大好几倍的圆珠，就是从那一丁点而长成的，只须要把它放进水里几小时就行了.....神奇吧!!!
问题：到底它有什么功用呢..........？
答案是：没用.....哈哈哈

原来这个就是水宝宝哟。早前我老板就不知从哪里买回来，放在他的植物里，还交待我记得2/3天加一点的水。加了水之后真的会变大颗，但是没有你的图画的那么大颗。

This water baby is now commonly spread in primary schools, i think about 1-2 months ago. Because, my girl also brought back from school, then we went to buy from popular, just to realise it nothing new, cos was used in potted plants as nicole mentioned. instead of soil, they used this "water baby" to maintain water in the plant & to look nice...sigh!
these business people, want to push up the sale, probably the con the children into believing this will "multiple in quantity".

My kids also got a few put in water. My NaNa said it will multiply, but already few weeks le, still no sign. But my Sherell told me her friend's water babies really did multiply lor.. dunno who is true, must see with own eyes then will believe...

It will not multiply in quantity, it will only multiply in SIZE...we all have been con...hahaha...

I know this one also from my son. he brought back from school too If not mistaken his friend gave him and came back he show to me.He put in a bottle with water, just like a jelly. Very colourful.

Ghee, I have not seen this water baby until I came here. But I know there something like a colourful jelly like crystal which is also meant for the plant eg money plant.
guess they are similar is just that make it differently to attract customers again!

This water baby after it's become big,when it's leave the water for too long will it's reduce to small size ?
I saw some kids carrying it's in Junction 8. At first I though is fish or jelly fish, until I visit you blog then I know is water baby...hahaha

They are different, that will not grow where water baby will grow bigger when soak in water, but both still for plants decoration loh.

As what I've tried, it will not reduce in size even out of water, just like jelly & even more slippery.

Hi all,
I had this for my in door plant few months ago. It will grow bigger when you soak in water. If without water for some time it will getting smaller too. But even you soak in the water for long time say maybe after few months it will slowly reduce in size too. This is wat happen to those that in my in door plant's pot. Now all getting smaller and not nice at all.

不是我对电脑很厉害，只是手比较养，什么都去找找弄弄，或许也是兴趣吧。
我的女儿也曾经为它着迷，家里还放着一小“盆”这个baby water,但是搁着都有2个月了，都不见有什么变化。
