U're correct, 师傅 mentioned before that those having diabetes problem may not suitable for sweeter fruits Enzyme...use other fruits loh...

First of all, never say yourself "stupid"...only a smart person knows asking question, 不是吗？
Secondly, I'm sorry that I unable to answer your question as informations I've on hand doesn't indicates exactly ALL the benefits fm various fruit Enzyme.
But my advise is to try different fruits & you will be able to absorb & level up total body's need.

I'm just using normal Nescafe bottle, as recommended for beginners as well, as not to have "bigger" waste if fail......
Once successful, u can get any bottle of your needs but make sure its plastic twist cover type will do.....

Welcome to my blog, banana enzyme taste sweeter & nice of course, so far, I've tried Orange & Banana Enzyme, course they are easier to get & manage. As mentioned, all fruits has their own benefits, so, if talking abt recommendation, that's no specially one...just as u like lar.
